This definition list has DD tags without any preceding DT tags.; Hey, it's legal XHTML.
Just like DT tags without following DD tags.
? But DT tags can't contain paragraphs. That would not be legal XHTML. .. If you try, the result will be rendered oddly.

  - Inbound, Outbound :: Intonasi (naik turun nada, ada dinamika). Dibagi menjadi 2 yaitu :
    1. Pada saat salam pembuka dan salam penutup. Termasuk ketika salam pembuka dan/atau salam penutupnya ada jeda (selamatttttt … pagi) akan mengurangi poin ini.
    2. sepanjang percakapan (secara keseluruhan mengganggu atau tidak). Apabila tidak terpenuhi salah satu, maka sub kriteria ini tidak akan mendapatkan nilai.
  - Media Sosial :: menggunakan pilihan kata yang tepat (diksi), dan gaya bahasa yang lazim digunakan (dapat dipahami semua lapisan masyarakat). Kalau agent salah mengucapkan pagi/siang/sore sesuai panduan jam internal KLIP, akan mengurangi poin diksi.
