#15Q email: Dear all, I'm writing on behalf of Xsolla (USA), Inc., a non-resident digital service provider in Indonesia. We are registered as VAT payers in Indonesia from Jun 1, 2021 (VAT ID is 33.001.301.2-053.000). We transferred VAT in the amount of 143,914.65 USD and submitted the VAT Return for the Q3 2022 on October 17, 2022. Now we would like to download the filed VAT Return and Receipt of Report Submission from our personal account. But unfortunately the “Receipt” and “Report” buttons are not active at the moment (nothing happens after pressing these buttons), and we have no way to download documents. Please see the screenshot below: Сould you please clarify if this could be a technical error on the portal? If so, can it be fixed as soon as possible? We need these documents to confirm the submission of Indonesian VAT Return for the Q3 2022.
