Menimbang


:

a.

bahwa telah ditandatangani //Memorandum of Understanding// (MoU) antara Pemerintah Indonesia dan //Save the Children-UK (SC-UK);//

 

 

b.

bahwa berdasarkan rekomendasi dari Sekretariat Negara, SC-UK dapat ditetapkan sebagai Organisasi Internasional;

 

 

c.

bahwa berdasarkan pertimbangan sebagaimana dimaksud dalam huruf a  dan b, perlu menetapkan Peraturan Menteri Keuangan tentang Perubahan Kesembilan Atas Keputusan Menteri Keuangan Nomor 89/ KMK.04/ 2002 Tentang Tata Cara Pemberian Pembebasan Bea Masuk  Dan Cukai Atas Impor Barang Untuk Keperluan Badan Internasional Beserta Para Pejabatnya Yang Bertugas Di Indonesia;

Mengingat

:

1.

Undang-Undang Nomor 10 Tahun 1995 tentang Kepabeanan (Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1995 Nomor 75, Tambahan Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia Nomor 3612);

 

 

2.

Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 1995 tentang Cukai (Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1995 Nomor 76, Tambahan Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia Nomor 3613);

 

 

3.

Keputusan Presiden Nomor 20/P Tahun 2005;

 

 

4.

Keputusan Menteri Keuangan Nomor 89/ KMK.04/ 2002 tentang Tata Cara Pemberian Pembebasan Bea Masuk Dan Cukai Atas Impor Barang Untuk Keperluan Badan lnternasional Beserta Para Pejabatnya Yang Bertugas Di Indonesia sebagaimana teiah beberapa kali diubah terakhir dengan Peraturan Menteri Keuangan Nomor [[view.php?id=b84a25d15d9d44f58640a485c1387df8|**12/PMK.04/2006**]];

 

MEMUTUSKAN :

Menetapkan

:

PERATURAN MENTERI KEUANGAN TENTANG PERUBAHAN KESEMBILAN ATAS KEPUTUSAN MENTERI KEUANGAN NOMOR 89/KMK.04/ 2002 TENTANG TATA CARA PEMBERIAN PEMBEBASAN BEA MASUK DAN CUKAI ATAS IMPOR BARANG UNTUK KEPERLUAN BADAN INTERNASIONAL BESERTA PARA PEJABATNYA YANG BERTUGAS DI INDONESIA.

 

Pasal I

 

 

Beberapa ketentuan dalam Keputusan Menteri Keuangan Nomor [[view.php?id=cd6b73b67c77edeaff94e24b961119dd|**89/KMK.04/2002**]] tentang Tata Cara Pemberian Pembebasan Bea Masuk Dan Cukai Atas Impor Barang Untuk Keperluan Badan Internasional Beserta Para Pejabatnya Yang Bertugas Di Indonesia diubah sebagai berikut:
